I'm starting this post sitting in the plane on the Tarmac in Houston. Next stop New Orleans.
Houston airport is in the midst of an overhaul at the moment. On one hand, it has a good flow of people and a very space-age terminalink train. On the other hand, the new United terminal involves you walking along a passage of roofing iron and walking out onto the Tarmac to board. Echoes of the good old days.
There's a part of me that's edgy about flying into New Orleans, and part of me wants to get there, hole up in the hotel and ... well, I don't know.
Just got told to turn this off. More later.
